DESCRIPTION:
Inverluther House is a most attractive brick built house, with a slate roof and a distinctive black and white painted gable. It dates from 1902. In 1988 the property was thoroughly modernised and renovated, including rewiring. In 1992 double glazing was installed. Subsequently the kitchen was updated and the shower room upgraded. A new boiler has recently been installed.The house is therefore in excellent heart and provides comfortable, flexible and well laid out accommodation, yet it still retains much of its original character and features including pine panelling, panelled doors and period fireplaces. It faces south over its own garden. Beyond lies the old main road, which gives access to the house but is now a cul de sac. In front of this is agricultural land and beyond is the A90.
